Planning on having gardenburgers for dinner. Any suggestions for wine? Red or white? What grape?
Thanks!

Vegetarian (not soy) gardenburger. The brand is Gardenburger.

Depends how spicy they are. I wouldn't drink Pinot Noir with a veggie burger. I'd go with a fruity white wine, maybe a Riesling or Gewurtztraminer. You could also pair them with Champagne.

Champagne.... My wife will be excited: we have some Veuve NV, and she loves that stuff.

A nice prime, dry aged NY strip. Cut the gardenburger up into squares and serve with toothpicks.

LOL CWG!

Would a racy/zingy SB have gone well here too or no?
