I'd start with the Lobster Taco.

For my main I woud "cheat" and have the Duo of Crabs.
(I might go for the steak Diane but usually that is a pretty thin slice of beef. I like my meat somewhat thicker).

Then for the dessert I get really wierd. I'd go for the Tortilla Soup.
I'd rather have that any day over a bunch of sweetie desserts especially if they don't have their own fantastic pastry chef (which I doubt with this fairly limited menu
