I know this is a classic combination, but icewine and saturnes go great with a cheese assortment. That's my wife's version of wine heaven. The stronger yet sweet blue cheeses especially and in my opinion different goat presentations as well.

I was introduced to Chambers Rutherglen Special Muscat this past May by the good Dr. Tannin himself. I had this paired w/a bread pudding and it was simply unbelievable. The bread pudding was almost savory, though it still had enough sweetness to be considered dessert, but I'm telling you I'd go this route anyday over chocolate.
