A thick jammy fruity zinfandel might pair well with the sweetness and spice of the roast garlic and soy, and stand up to the smoky meat.

A Martinelli G+L, perhaps?

I'll second the Zinfandel reco - I think that is a great match with the soy marinade, particularly if there is a little sweetness in the marinade (brown sugar, for example).
