Last night a good recipe from Food and Wine:
 

There is no meat and it can be made lighter without all of of the butter.  It was very good with a Barbaresco.

Joe, Veal Porn rocks!!! I'm about ready to give in and pick up some Heartbrand flank steak and some short ribs... can't get over the rib eye price though :-/

Best bets for the money from Heartbrand are the skirt steaks for fajitas and the stir fry meat (only $15 a pound!!!!).  Super good.
