This weekend, for our anniversary dinner I grilled up two Lobel's Wagyu Porterhouse steaks.  This isn't the first time we've had Wagyu from Lobels, but it is the first time with this cut.  It's one hellova extravagance, but OMG - these are the best steaks I have ever eaten.  Simply out of this world.  If you've got the tolerance to pay this much for a steak then I cannot recommend these highly enough.
