Last night tried something different.

Had a nice piece of flounder and wanted an encrustation of bread crumbs.  Used pretzel nuggets, chopped fine in blender.  Then sauteed same with oil & garlic.  Placed end product on flounder with  chopped tomato, onion, and green pepper.

Served with a side of cauliflower topped with crumbs & swiss cheese sauce.

Paired with Anthony Road 2005 Dry Riesling
