At Tampa's best "foodie" restaurant, Mise En Place (www.miseonline.com)

Lobster BLT--roasted lobster, pancetta, grape tomatoes, arugula, grilled sourdough smoked tomato aioli
Risotto--Crap, asparagus, roasted red peppers, marscapone, tarragon broth
Grainy mustard pecan crusted rack of lamb--bourbon shallot demi glace, cayenne onion rings, tarragon white cheddar grits.

whole clove garlic stuffed ground sirloin & lamb burgers topped with bubbling mozzarella. probably pair it with a simple heritage clones petite sirah from rosenblum and a few dogfish head shelter pale ales.

No problem. I BYOB there all of the time. The waitress is usually quite impressed when I whip out 2 each Spiegelaus.
