I am venturing out and trying to cook French cuisine. I've had someone serve this with steamed rice. A French man suggested I serve it as a side to grilled tuna. Any suggestions what to serve with Ratatouille?

Traditionally nothing much - just some starch. Some nice French bread, or maybe potatoes or rice.

Pork Chops also go well. It is a very versitile side dish. The grilled tuna suggestion is a good one.
