My food goal in Italy was to bring back a bunch of dried Porcinis. They sold a large bag (20 oz) of these already chopped for 5 euro. From a grocery store in the states the dried ones can be $5 for 1 ounce. The Porcinis were awesome there.

100% organic grass fed/finished, dry aged Rib Eye steaks fired up on the BGE!  Sundays and steaks seem to go together at our house.  Perfect with a 2003 Switchback Ridge Cabernet

Pretty thick too!

Nice crust but still medium rare

Damn! I should have posted some pics of the pork shoulder I cooked last night with Board-O's recipe. Was locally raised (in NC that's a good thing), slaughtered in the AM and in a crock pot 6 hrs later.

Local pork, now that would be awesome!  Assuming it was pastured and not in a CAFO.

Baby-back ribs - rubbed down 6 hours early, popped in a foil packet with a braise mix I put together (half a Sierra Nevada, some lemon juice, some white vinegar, some worchestire and some garlic) and cooked at 250 for 3 hrs. I had issues getting the ribs on to the plates because the meat kept coming off...
