suckling pig done in the China Box.....Awesome! I will try and post a picture but it came out great.  We broke down the pig outdoors which meant the guys got the best part like the jowls etc.  The cracklings we the best Ive had.

Wasabi/Sesame sead crusted tuna on alvacado puree topped with maple soy and chili sauce.

Ok, so thanks to Brad, I figured out the picture thing.  But why are they so small??  Previous software they were much bigger.  You can't even tell this is tuna.
