Last night it was spinach, feta and red bell pepper pizza. Yum.

Pizza and Dolcetto last night. I repeated the spinach, feta and red bell pepper because it was pretty good. It made a good light lunch a couple of days later.

The last pizza we made was mozzarella, basil, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms. This one was of the Whole Foods dough variety.

Dolcetto is a great match for pizza, sounds like you had a tasty dinner.

My last pizza was just with cheese, ham and green pepper, delicious.

Pizza and wine is the best. Plus a good movie or wonderful friends over. Talking and laughing about old times. When I say PIZZA to my wife she goes to our cellar and pulls out some wine. She always asks me which one... but I let her pick since I get the pizza my way. LOL!
