This is a powerful heady wine. Dark Ruby in color with shades of purple. Tons of Chocolate / dark fruit on the nose. On the palate the sweet dark chocolate comes right out as well with big fruit. Mostly dark fruit with some red fruit characteristics like strawberry. Fairly well balanced except for the noticeable alcohol. Drink this wine on the cooler side. This isn't just a fruit bomb wine... you'll find it has more to offer. Love this a lot. Really long sticky finish. Can drink now, but if I had any self control I wouldn't open another for at least a year to see how it's developing. Rev rates it: 93
