A blend of Sauvignon blanc with smaller doese of Semillion and Chardonnay from the Heathcote GI. Water white, a medium nose of steely minerals, white flowers, grapefruit and grass. Medium body, medium intensity and medium acidity. Elegant and textured with more grass, lime, stones and grapefruit. Crisp and balanced, a nice summer sipper.
