Dark garnet colour. Aromas of cassis, mint, coffee, and toffee. Medium-full bodied with coffee, toffee and black fruits. Moderate-long finish with cassis, coffee, and pepper notes. 92 points (08/07/2004). | | |

| I don't see the need to rush to drink it. I believe it was decanted for a couple hours before being poured back into the bottle for transport to the restaurant.
