Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon.
Barossa Valley.

Dark garnet colour. Aromas of cassis, mint, coffee, and toffee. Medium-full bodied with coffee, toffee and black fruits. Moderate-long finish with cassis, coffee, and pepper notes. 92 points (08/07/2004).

Futronic - Thanks for the notes, I have one bottle left from a case would you recommend drinking now? I absolutely loved this wine at release and haven't had a bottle in almost two years.

I don't see the need to rush to drink it. I believe it was decanted for a couple hours before being poured back into the bottle for transport to the restaurant.

As you can see from my notes, however, it is quite delicious.
