100% Shiraz at a prime steakhouse for a dinner party. Restaurant eventually decanted a bottle and held it aside so I could sample it after it'd had 2 hours to open up. Beautiful coloring, still relatively tannic and in need of time. Softened after 2 hours to reveal leather, tar, chocolate and a hint of mineral. Very nice, 93+pts.
