Tasted May 26, 2007 at a retail tasting. Opened and served immediately. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout with a medium mousse. Nose of crème brulee, pears and yellow apples. Flavors of pears, yellow apples and ginger. Medium acidity, light to medium body. Drink over the short term. Be sure and serve chilled. (87 pts.)
