Tasted April 3, 2007 at home. Opened and served immediately in a Spiegelau Authentis Weiss Wein glass. Yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of yellow apples, citrus rind, pineapple and soft brown spices. Flavors of dried pineapple, yellow apples and lemon zest. Slightly tangy acidity, medium body. Drink now. (90 pts.)
