Very tired.  I had this buried in a case of '95 burgs that I recently found in a corner of the cellar.  Shame on me.  This was a pleasant drink when I bought it 8 or 9 years ago and I should have drunk it then.

While still drinkable, there is no pleasure in it.Â
The worst part is, I have 3 more bottles.Â

What to do........Â
Option 1: dump them all out
Option 2: try and make some kind of reduced sauce which will need some serious help to be successful
Option 3: take a trip downtown and make new friends with the local homeless by handing out bottles as gifts.....
