Drank out of oversized sake cups at a BYO Sushi restaurant in Boston.....no joke. I had no idea when they said BYO they didn't have glasses either. This seemed to have a more new world style to it... rich, heady flavors, sweet dark fruits and a good earth component. Enough acidity to go very well with a wide variety of sushi without being overpowering. Well Ballanced. I'll add more once I try one in proper glasses.
