Green, pale straw with a medium nose of wetstones, lemon pie, yellow apple and nuts in a pan that are right on the verge of burning. Medium body, round with medium plus intensity and medium plus acidity. Citrus, yellow apples, stones, spice and showing some wood. This showed some different elements than the previous bottle, with out the bread, caramel etc. 86pts.

This bottle showed the best of the ones I have tried so far. Pale straw with a medium nose, straight forward but with depth of stones, lemon and pears. Medium body, medium plus intensity and medium plus acidity. Palate matches the the nose with the flavors wrapped in a oak spice - cinnamon, nutmeg. Balanced and refreshing. 87pts.
