| I've not had any Robert-Denogent wines. How prominent is the oak in these wines? The notes of both Tanzer and Burghound make me wonder whether these wines would be too oaky for my palate.

The wines are definitely framed in oak. I am not a big fan of over oaking, the only wine I really found it to be a little much was the La Croix. But from all the notes you can see there is oak present (baking spices, cinnamon, nutmeg etc).
These wines are an interesting lesson in soil and vine age especially when tasted next to each other. | | | |
