$40CAD

Medium ruby to rum. Nice thick legs. Raspberry jam, bramble, black cherry, and floral aromas. Medium-full bodied with juicy raspberry, blueberry, earth and a very slight mineral streak. Dry, fresh tasting with a medium finish. Delicious. Needed 2.5 hours in a decanter to come around, so give this one some time. 89 points.

I've tasted a lot of his wines - I've especially enjoyed his '99 Chambolle Musigny, along with his G-C 1er Petit Chappelle (I have 2 bottles tucked away in storage). Good QPR burgundies.
