Tasted 08/24/2005.

Golden to amber in color. On the nose, buttered toast is predominant throughout the entire time of the tasting. Dang, this made me hungry for some breakfast food.

On the palate, a little disappointing. Most tasters enjoyed it more than I did, but I thought it was slightly bitter, with a relatively short finish. Some honey, a little tropical fruit, but I could not get past the bitterness. Still, an interesting wine.
