| I'm looking for something to carry 2 bottles of wine and 2 or 4 stems. Insulated and padded enough to protect the glasses. Tried a search, but didn't come up with anything. What do you use? | | |

| I HAD this one... until I left it at a restaurant. Embossed with the firm name and all! http://www.mainstreetwineracks.com/Tote1.jpgThat's the BAD thing about bringing a tote - after a couple of bottles, you don't remember bringing your luggage with you. | | | |

| Since I rarely go anywhere without PURPLE I usually carry and inexpensive IWA four glass wine tote and she carries an insulated 2 bottle wine tote we purchased from a local store. | | | Joe-----Wine is like potato chips around me...if it's open, it's gone. | |

| I got no insulation, nor any kewl stuff to carry stems, but my wine tote looks like it would survive a nuclear holocaust. | | | www.roguefood.com -- www.cellartracker.com | |

That's why I ask everyone to remind me to take it home with me when I leave the restaurant. The DC Cru folks can tell you that the waiter has had to rush out the door to bring it to me when I forgot it several times. Something about sharing 12-15 bottles of wine with 10 folks does that to you.

| Perhaps using the same idea as neon day-glo utility knives and measuring tapes? Makes them easier to see, and you can be damn sure that, when someone at the table asks "Whose neon green wine tote is this?" everyone att he table is going be pointing in your direction. | | | |

| I always put my car keys in the bag when I put it down. If I leave it I don't get very far. | | | |

That's a great idea. Except, hmm, that wouldn't work for me when I hang with the Crü and take Metro. | | | www.roguefood.com -- www.cellartracker.com
