Today we began shipping orders for the 2005 FUTO. Unfortunately, we were not able to include orders going to New York State. We have not yet received our New York Out-of-State Direct Shipper’s License. We expect to receive it soon and to have your order to you by the end of the month, weather permitting. We apologize for the delay.

I received my Futo this morning. Shipments to FL, TX and other southern states were "upgraded" to overnight priority delivery because of temps in the mid-80s. A classy move !

I spoke with Joshua at the winery yesterday, and he said they applied for their various shipping permits several months ago. They were surprised by the delays in receiving them and were holding up shipping until they had a number of them in hand. Apparently, they wanted to avoid shipping on a state-by-state piecemeal basis. Luckily, they received 5 or 6 permits in the last week or so, so they reached a sufficient number to make shipping this week practical. Hopefully, the other states will come through soon.
