| I have an appt with them this Sat. I really liked the 04 RR PN a lot and wanted to try the 05 before I bought. | | TN posted on Cellartracker"

| i'm a fan of merry edwards, so i picked up everything except the sauvignon blanc. for those i usually look to new zealand for the better deals. | | | |

| Thanks to you, I guess, phlin...
I was offered 7 Sauvignon Blancs and asked for more. Yesterday, they called to say "sure" !
While I agree with you that Southern Hemisphere Sauvignon Blancs are regularly better values, Merry Edwards' version year in and year out ends up being my favorite. And through the warmer months I'm opening them alongside other, equally pricey stuff like Aubert and Spottswoode. I don't know what she is doing, but her SB is unique and for me at least really good. | | | _____________<br>Bob Sherwood<br>"Remember you are just an extra in everyone else's play."<br>- Franklin Delano Roosevelt | |

| I’m a big fan of the Olivet Lane, so I’ll definitely bite on those. I may also get some of the RRV. The SB is one of the best coming out of CA, but I’m not drinking much white these days and I agree that the shipping costs put this out of consideration for me. | | | |
