Tough time to come in, but a must-buy for me

New wines include:

2004 Napa Valley Zinfandel, $24.00 per bottle, allocation up to 12 bottles
2003 Napa Valley Petite Sirah, $35.00, allocation is 1 bottle
2003 Fifteen-Fourty Petite Sirah, $50.00, allocation is 1 bottle
2003 Rutherford Dust Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, $66.00 (before 4/1), allocation up to 6 bottles

Plus, Mark is again offering library releases:

2003 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, $45.00
2002 Vineyard Designate Mixed Set (6 bottles), $520.00
2001 Second Chance Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, $95.00

And a couple magnum offers:

2003 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, $100.00
2002 Vineyard Designate Mixed Set (6 mags), $1200.00

If you like Zin & Petite, I would say yes. I liked the 03 Zin, but not enough to buy much. The 04 on the other hand is a serious step up, I highly recommend it.

Hey, at least's this:

"The 2003 Mixed Vineyard Designate sets that we had planned to offer at this time were just bottled, spending 26 months in new French oak. However, we have made the decision to hold them until fall. We are finding that there simply is no substitute for the bottle aging process, which greatly improces the character and approachability of these small lots that represent the best barrels of the vintage.

So at least we don't have to face the designates for another half year

No mailer over here but I doubt that I would get offered all that. Most likely I'll just get the zin but that's ok with me (and my meager budget).

Received the mailer as well and just noted that no orders will be accepted prior to March 20 (via fax)....You can mail it in but it must be postmarked after March 10.

I will almost certainly be in for a mixed case.
Love the style of their zins.
Well, yeah, the cabs too.

I'm sure I'll be buying some, the question becomes how much.

Agree on the Zin and I bet the Cab should be good based on Neal's track record.
