Over the years I have had many, many transactions withWine Exchange in Orange, CA. and each one has been completed perfectly. Wine Exchange generally has excellent pricing, often the lowest to be found in the country, and sends out regular and well formatted email offerings. They offer a wide selection of wines, from your every day cellar defenders to cherries from Burgundy and Bordeaux.

If I have any critisism it is a fairly minor one, and that is that as soon as a wine is honored with a very high score, or it is annointed WOTY or some such, it instantly disappears from the website, and often shows up a short while later at a higher cost.

Overall, an excellent and reputable wine retailer.

I've purchased a lot from Winex and have never had a bad experience. One of my top 3 or 4 retailers.

I've been using this store for 10 years and never had a problem.

I've never been in the store, and I've only purchased on-line or via the telephone. All transactions have been excellent.

My only criticism is the website. The search feature is clunky. And sometimes similar wines are not categorized as the same or there are slight misspellings so things don't pop up.

I purchase 80% of my wine from winex.com. Great prices. Very fast services.
I have to agree that the search engine needs improvement.

The Wine Exchange is one of the best wines stores you would ever want to go into. Since i live close by, I've never mail ordered anything but walk-in service is very good.

I have purchased from WineX twice and both times it went great.

Isn't this the outfit that sent out unbelievable hand-written 60+ page catalogs in the late 80's and early 90's?

If so, I sure hope the individual that created those catalogs was covered for carpal tunnel syndrome. All kidding aside, this was always a reliable source.
