| You say you were just sitting there and the name Martinelli just poped into your mind so you thought you would call to see if they had anything available...
You didn't hear it from me.

| Well, did anybody call? I'm currently practicing "safe wine buying" and probably shouldn't call for lack of self control | | | |

| Well, a rocket scientist named Judy called me back. She would have shipped the wines this week if I hadn't told her not to. Carolyn Martinelli told me they wouldn't ship til the Fall. Anyway...I ordered two bottles of the 2002 Zio Tony PN and 4 bottles of the 2002 7 Mules PN.
Now for the bad news. Martinelli had so many problems shipping to NY that they're not accepting any orders to be shipped to NY. They also, for some unknown #$%^ing reason, won't ship to All Ways Cool, so I have to have them ship the wine to a friend in Colorado who will then reship to me.
I'm amazed at the degree of disorganization at a winery of Martinelli's breeding. If their wines weren't so damn good, I'd tell them good-bye. If there's anybody in the area who visits the winery and could pick up my wine and ship to me this Fall, I'd appreciate it, but I do have the friend in Colorado. | | | |

| I knew people would assume it was our #1 enabler, but it isn't. I don't like to bother him, and this friend of mine has been forwarding Martinelli wines to me for years. | | | |
