They make it easier to adjust your allocations online. Once again I am opting for a case of all whites. The chardonnays (Chloe, Clare, Isobel) at $60 are priced fair for the quality.

Some of you may recall that a year ago I received the standard mailer with an allocation of one bottle for each (vineyard designated) Pinot, which  is what I buy from them.  I called and told Kerry that I was not interested in one bottle, so I would pass and he should give a two bottle allocation to someone else.  He actually yelled at me and said it was because I didn't buy enough.  But, I said, I buy everything you allocate to me! No, he said, you only buy the Pinots.

After going around this circle a few time, I asked - what if I buy a case of the regular Pinot in the Spring. Would that be enough?  Yes, he said, if I do that I can have a larger allocation.

You can probably guess what happened.  My allocation is for one bottle of each Pinot.

I give up.

Sounds to me like they don't deserve your business Bob.

Drop off this mailer a couple of years ago. The wines are just not my style. Not that the wines are not good wines. Just prefer other producers over this one.

At least some money in the pocket. Geez...

They seem to be very insular when it comes to customer feedback and service. After buying wines I didn't want, I also gave up.
