2006 La Neblina SC Pinot $42
2006 Timerbervine RRV Syrah $50
2006 Cherry Camp SC Syrah $50
2006 Von Weidlich RRV Zin $42

Bought the 05 La Neblina last year, and still letting them sleep a bit longer.

On the fence with the Syrah's.
Can't even remember the last time I've tried a Zin.

Thoughts?

2006 Timbervine RRV Syrah, $50 (Parker 91-93, Raynolds 93)
2006 Cherry Camp Sonoma Coast Syrah, $50 (Parker 94-96, Raynolds 92+)
2006 Von Weidlich RRV Zin, $42 (Raynolds 93)

Plus first-come, first-served allocations of the '06 La Neblina and (for some customers, apparently not including me) the Chard they had in the spring mailer.

For the first come-first served wines, I believe you just need to put in a request after you put in your order for the current releases - "may be requested through the “Wish List” at the end of the ordering process"

I may buy some of the Syrah.. but $50 is pushing it (see Carlisle for an example of the pricing I'd prefer).  So far I've liked many of the 2006 North Coast Syrahs.

I am in the "prefer Carlisle's pricing camp."  Passing, but when I mentioned on the Peay thread that I had made much tougher passes, this would be one (ditto Littorai).

I'll buy from this one, but less than usual.  I just got hit by Rochioli and Williams Selyem.......and something has got to give!

I hate to pass on wine this good, but at this price point (and with no pickups) I think I will actually let this one go.

I'll probably be in for a few of the syrahs - really enjoyed the Las Colinas so I imagine the Timbervine and the Cherry Camp should be good as well.

After sitting on the fence with this one, I have reluctantly decided to pass on RC this mailer. I do like the style, but need to be a bit more selective with my spending habits.

I planned to buy from this mailer, but then received a few others in the mail the next day.  With others coming in that I know I'll want to buy from, such as KB, everything else is getting WIML'd at this point.  I must break this insane habit!
