Weingut Joh. Jos. Christoffel, Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling Spätlese 2001

Great wine. Typical of the wines that come from their Würzgarten vineyard, enormous spicy quality, both in bouquet and in taste. Essences of yeast, mineral and ripe grapes can be found in the nose, flavor offers hints of spiced honeydew melon and tangerine.

Thanks for the notes - I was thinking of digging into one of mine soon, but maybe I'll live through you this time and give it a few more years.
