Ah, thank you PC for the rediculous bargain on these a couple years ago. Developing a fairly significant petrol aspect already, but it in no way dominates the wine yet, which is just how I like it. Fairly sweet, beautifully balanced, broad in the mouth. I think these should probably be drunk up in the next few years, before the petrol dominates, and why wait?

Just for comparison.  We drank the heck out of these.  I think I had 2 cases to start with.  Good stuff!

When I think back on the PC sale, I wonder why I didn't buy more.

I still have about 10 bottles left of this, and an equal amount of the Spatlese that was also for sale.

I'm down to my last few (maybe 3-6) bottles - split between the *** and the **. I agree that the wines will likely not go much longer(I would think no more then 1 year - if that)  and have already started to becaome a bit flabby. Still pretty tasty though - but losing their crispness and edge.
