Tasted July 12, 2006 at an offline. Opened and served immediately in a Spiegelau Authentis Weiss Wein glass. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of orange, lime and apricot. Flavors of orange, a little lime and some sweet apples. Pleasing sweetness. Medium acidity and medium bodied. Should drink well for several years. No value recommendation. (89 pts.)

I love this wine and I'm a huge fan of Hexamer. I'm glad he doesn't get huge press as his wines are still very reasonable in the marketplace. I thought his 2005's were delicious as well.
