rev-i have only tasted the 98 (wa95). it was excellent. my experience has been that most aussie 99's are not as good as their 98 counterparts.

I had this about a month ago (on my RP induced Aussie kick). I thought it was a rather simple, unemotional wine. Didn't open after several hours, nor did it wow me with the gigantic fruit-bomb I was expecting. I'd rate it no higher than 91. Would not buy it again at $47 (which is a mediocre price when compared to national retailers).
