These are the "big" ones.

I suggest you drive south on 29 from St. Helena down to Yountville, cut across to the Silverado Trail and head north to Calistoga, and then south down 29 back to St. Helena. You will only have a few thousand wineries to choose from.

The fun part of napa is driving around and finding new stuff. Check out Cliff Lede. See the views from Joseph Phelps. Drop into Havens. Heck, just drive into a random driveway and taste the wine, that's the beauty of it!
