Slower Forum Performance with Google Ads

Details: Since the Google ads came back my web loading speed has slowed down dramatically. Maybe it's my ad blocker but even without my ad blocker it is still slower - up to 10 seconds to load a page.

I've disabled the image ads on the forums page which was definitely slowing things down, but I've noticed no issues with the regular text ads.
Have you tried it with turning off the ad blocker? Curious if there is any difference.

Anyone else experience a slowdown on the forum pages?

I haven't noticed any slowdowns anymore... will close this ticket.
