The editor doesn't have very many options

Details:	The editor doesn't have options for links and some other things... would like to have some more options here.

Indeed. There seem to be three editors on various portions of the site. There must be a switch somewhere to pick which editor to use for the Forums.... but perhaps not. Brad?

The quick reply will always just be a simple editor.... since it loads on every page, it needs to be small. I'll be making an update soon which will include a very nice and fully featured editor for the other sections of the site. It'll be like word for windows in your browser! (almost)

I've added editor options for when clicking the "reply" button. The quick editor will remain small and lightweight.
